The Urban Pooch reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if a pet poses a safety risk to staff, other animals, or the public.

4. Veterinary Care Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency involving your pet:

  • We will attempt to contact you immediately.
  • If you cannot be reached, you authorize The Urban Pooch to seek veterinary care deemed reasonably necessary.

You agree to be responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred on behalf of your pet.

The Urban Pooch shall not be liable for the results of veterinary treatment or medical decisions made during an emergency.

5. Scheduling and Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability.

Clients agree to:

Missed appointments resulting from inaccurate information or inaccessible premises may still be subject to service fees.
